Tall Soy Mocha with an extra shot of espresso

Kylie West (my roommate during my stay in Lassen Hall) orders a Tall Soy Mocha on cold mornings, often accompanied by a marble pound cake.  Kylie started drinking coffee at age 15 and says it’s been a steady incline since then.

Like many her drinking habits change throughout the year.  During the school year she has coffee every morning however over the summer it’s only every few days with a Starbucks trip once or twice a week.

A few weeks ago when her mom was away visiting Kylie’s brother, the coffee machine chose unfortunate timing to stop working.  Kylie and her dad were left with no other option than…instant coffee.  Kylie described it as not the best coffee but better than nothing.

In her last comment of the subject she admitted that it’s “pretty bad for you but pretty delicious.”  I certainly agree.
