It was a summer day in 2011 when Arno Rosenfeld spotted Marshawn Lynch, running back for the Seattle Seahawks, with his friend at the Albany Bowl bowling alley. Yes, this is the player who single handedly tore apart and crushed the hopes of the Saints in one play
At first, Arno’s friend brazenly walked up to him and asked for a hug, at which Lynch was taken aback and returned to his company. But later Lynch noticed Arno’s shirt had a picture of him with “Beast Mode” written on it. Because of that, he took some time to take a picture with Arno and his friend and gave them his autograph.
“[Lynch] seemed like he was a very nice person,” Arno said. Lynch was nice to the people he was entertaining at the ally, Arno said. Even though during the season Lynch plays for the Seattle Seahawks, he was near San Francisco because he is from Oakland. On meeting Lynch, “It was a highlight of my life,” Arno said.
