About Me

Hello, as you may already know, my name is Shelby Rowe and I am 17 years old. I have been writing for Carlsbad High School’s online newspaper, The Lancer Link (thelancerlink.com), since my Freshman year and next year I am going to be Editor-in-cheif for Senior year! I am absolutely ecstatic to be here at the CSPA workshop at Cal Poly SLO because I know that the information I am currently learning and the information that I am going to learn will be extremely valuable in my life, due to the fact that I want to be a journalist for my career.

I’m from north county San Diego, so I am a typical southern California girl – blonde hair, blue eyes, beach bound. I love to travel and I love to spend time with my family. This is my very first blog so I hope you guys enjoy!
